Picture this: a bunch of whimsical feminists unite to share stories of the female spirit. That is Lobster Salad and Champagne. Our name comes from a famous quote by Lord Byron: “A woman should never be seen eating or drinking, unless it be lobster salad and Champagne.” We chose this name more sarcastically than Byron intended it, though. Unlike Byron, we focus only on the female perspective, and we encourage you to subsist on more than this meal. We are all about being authentic and telling untold stories from the female perspective.
